Rehan Alimohammad was named one of Houston's top lawyers by Houstonia Magazine for 2013-2018 and one of the 5 Most Outstanding Young Texans in 2011 by the Texas Junior Chamber of Commerce. He is the current Chairman of the Board for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and the Immediate Past Chair of the Board for the State Bar of Texas.  He was the first ever Asian and first ever Immigration Attorney to be elected Chair of the Board for the State Bar of Texas. He is a 2001 graduate of the University of Houston School of Law. Also a CPA, he served as a tax consultant for the International Tax Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers until 2003 when he entered the private practice of law. He is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Texas, the USCIS/DHS, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the IRS, and all Immigration Courts of the United States.    Mr. Alimohammad is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the State Bar of Texas.   Mr. Alimohammad was brought up believing heavily in community service, and credits his Grandfather and Father for instilling that value at an early age.  He is the Legal Counsel and Board member for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a Board member for the Katy Bar Association.  From 2009-2012, he was the Legal Member for His Highness Prince Aga Khan Shia Imami Ismaili Council for Southwestern United States.  He has taken cases on behalf of the YMCA International Services, the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program and Fort Bend Lawyers Care.
