Roommate Required…

Hi, We're looking for 1 vegetarian roommate to share a 2+1 bed 2 bath condo near sq1 from January 01 2021 in order to lower the monthly cost of the rent, which can be shared between us (I would pay more since we're looking at sharing the rent). We would prefer to have a female roommate, as my wife has a home based business and would be most comfortable with this setup. If anyone's interested, please message me, as we'll have to include their name in the rental application as an occupant. You would not incur additional expenses apart from groceries, which can be shared too. Thanks.
