Hello friends! I am posting this post on behalf of a friend who is not on homies. He is an IT professional in his early 30's who is looking for a furnished one bedroom apartment close to Transit stations. His ideal locations would be close to southgate, century park, corona stations. Looking for long term rental and not looking to share with anyone. A place close to grocery stores, banks and other amenities. His budget is between $800 to $1000 including utilities. Please let me know if if you have something suitable. Thanks!
