Dr. Flores has over 20 years of experience, beginning his career by completing his medical education at the University of Puerto Rico. He completed a fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago in the Chicago Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Flores is a published author and holds membership in the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Florida Society of Ophthalmology, Pan American Association of Ophthalmology, and American Uveitis Society. In his free time he enjoys traveling and spending time with his two sons.
Dr. Jenifer Nguyen grew up in Sugar Land, TX and earned her Doctorate in Optometry from the University of Houston. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor on the faculty at the University of Houston, College of Optometry Eye Institute and mentors student externs in their final year of an eight year Optometric education.
Dr. Nguyen is a member of the optometric honor society Beta Sigma Kappa, the American Optometric Association, and the Texas Optometric Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Dr. Nguyen is trained in the care of the pre-operative and post-operative management of cataract and refractive surgery patients and performs minor in-office eye surgery. She has received extensive training in the detection, management, and prescribing medications in the treatment of ocular diseases. Elizabeth Suh, OD, is an expert optometrist at Optic Gallery Fort Apache in Las Vegas. Dr. Suh is known for her kindness and compassion and takes her time with patients, educating them about their vision and eye care needs.
After completing her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of California in Irvine, Dr. Suh went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Dr. Tran’s goal is to give his patients the most complete care by practicing full scope Optometry with his Optometric Therapeutic license alongside his Optometric Glaucoma Specialist certification. Lauderdale, Florida in 2003.
Dr. Allen's training has had an ample focus on the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. His rotations brought him to some of the top ocular disease treatment and surgical centers in the United States. Dr. Allen studied at Bascom Palmer Eye Hospital in Miami, Florida, and was commended as completing training 'with honors' from the Veterans Adminstration Hospital in Gainesville, Florida and Omni Eye Services in Atlanta, Georgia. During his optometric training, he was also able to maintain membership in Beta Sigma Kappa, the International Optometric Honor Society, for his entire four years in Optometry school.
After he finished his training, he returned to Houston to join Dr. Chin, his father, in the family business. Grace Wu is a compassionate and family-friendly ophthalmologist in Orange, CA. Dr. Wu attended medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago, where she also completed her internship in internal medicine. Dr. Vi Y. Nguyen was born in Houston and grew up in Sugar Land, Texas. She attended the University of Houston and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Nguyen pursued her career in optometry at the University of Houston, College of Optometry. After four years of intense training in contact lens, pediatrics, neuro-ophthalmology, low vision, and ocular diseases she graduated Cum Laude with her Doctorate in Optometry. She performed her externship at Good Neighbor Clinic where she worked with indigent patients and diagnosed and treated various eye diseases. Her second externship was at a private practice in San Antonio where she managed many post-LASIK and Glaucoma patients and performed numerous multi-focal contact lens fittings. Dr. Nguyen is Therapeutic Optometrist and Glaucoma specialist.
Dr. Vi Nguyen is fluent in English and Vietnamese and can perform eye exams in Spanish as well. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, mountain biking, snowboarding, and many other outdoors sports and activities. She also loves to spend time with her husband, her two kids, and her beagle, Izzy.

Dr. Tanvi Mago is Director of Eye Society L.L.C. She attended the University of Houston for her undergraduate degree and earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree at The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Mago then completed a post-graduate residency program in primary eye care and ocular disease management at the New York Veterans Hospital, a State University of New York (SUNY) affiliate clinic. Upon completion of this program, Dr. Mago continued working in the Manhattan Veteran’s Administration Hospital with the New York University Ophthalmology program earning a fellowship.

Emeka Nwokedi is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University Philadelphia where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree,(O.D.) in 2003. While in training at Pennsylvania he engaged in clinical internship program on the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases at West Chester Eye Associates in Pennsylvania, one of the most popular eye centers approved by the National Eye Institute, part of the National Institute of Health for national eye disease studies. Dr. Nwokedi, being a Texan left Philadelphia in the winter of 2002 to Brooks Army Medical Center in San Antonio to complete his hospital based internship. His clinical experience interacting with U.S. soldiers especially in treating eye diseases and prescribing special eyeglasses for them in preparation for their deployment to Iraq was second to none.
Dr. Nwokedi also attended the University of Houston college of Optometry Optometric Glaucoma Specialist training.The Texas Optometry Board on dec 07 2007 certified Dr. Nwokedi as an Optometric Glaucoma specialist. He employs the new state of the arts computerized equipments such as the new Humphrey visual field analyzer 11-i series by Zeiss, Zeiss GDX-VCC, the Canon CR-DGi Non-Mydriatric Retinal camera(9th generation 100% digital camera and 10.1 megapixel)in the clinical evaluation of glaucoma patients.

Dr. Long Nguyen was born and raised in Southeast Houston. He graduated Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2003. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelors in Science in Biology at the University of Houston in 1999. He also graduated top ten in his class at J. Frank Dobie High School in 1995. He is a licensed therapeutic optometrist that provides primary eye care, contact lens fittings, and can treat eye diseases like glaucoma. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, and salt water fishing with friends.

Dr. Zdenek has been practicing medicine since 1981. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Doc Z held the positions of Chief of Staff, Chairman of Emergency Room Services and Chairman of the Board at a Southern California Hospital. He went on to become the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Valley Multi-Specialty Surgery Center and Zdenek Eye Institute in central San Fernando Valley, California.
Dr. Zdenek is a VISX Certified Physician and mentors other Ophthalmologists in several surgical procedures. He has taught numerous laser corrective surgeries and advanced laser and refractive techniques. Dr. Zdenek has made a significant contribution to the field of Ophthalmology by completing award winning research and development of revolutionary instruments and procedures. He has performed numerous corneal transplants and corneal surgery procedures to restore vision not only in adults, but in children and infants.

Dr. Scott was born in Montreal, Canada in 1946 and completed his MD degree a the University of Ottawa in 1971. He then completed a Medical Internship at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and returned to Ottawa for his Residency in Ophthalmology. He successfully passed the Royal College of Surgeon's examination on the first sitting and was granted the FRCS(C) degree in 1975 and the Certified Specialist of the Province of Quebec [CSPQ] degree in the same year. In 1976 he passed the American Board of Ophthalmology exams and moved to Houston, Texas the next year where he has contined in private practice. In 1976 he obtained his Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons designation.
Dr. Scott has been a member of the Harris County Medical Society since arriving in Houston and has contributed is time serving on the Fee Complaint Committee and the Membership Committee. He is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Houston Ophthalmological Society having served in many roles including President during 1995-1996.
Dr. Scott is married to Judi Scott and they have two married children. Their son David is an attorney and is married to Adrienne, a Rabbi. Their daughter Natalie works as a softwear developer and is married to Michael Waldman who is a Benefit Consultant to medium and large businesses. They live in Dallas, Texas.
Dr Samir Pattni, O.D is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. His externship was completed at Chicago Osteopathic Medical Center. To further his specialization, in 1992 he began his practice at the El Paso Institute of Eye Surgery, where he gained extensive experience in treating Ocular Disease and management of care for post retinal surgical patients.
Dr. Pattni has been in private practice in Plano since 1996 specializing in Therapeutics, Contact Lenses, Low Vision and Refractive Surgery. He is an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and prescribes medication for the treatment of Glaucoma as well as oral medication for the treatment of disease.
Dr.Pattni volunteers his time in support of the Lions Club and Essilor Vision Foundation, providing complimentary vision screening services at inner city schools in the Dallas Metroplex. In recent years he has volunteered with Medical Wings International participating in medical missions to India, Honduras and Peru. Dr. Faustino Santiago received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago, where he also contributed to research efforts in the departments of Microbiology and Radiology. He received his doctoral training from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed a residency in Primary Care & Ocular Disease at the Illinois College of Optometry.
Dr. Santiago has given lectures approved by the Council on Optometric Practitioner Education on topics ranging from glaucoma to ocular manifestations of syphilis, and his clinical interests include the practice of full-scope medical optometry to diagnose and manage all manner of ocular diseases, as well as working to educate young doctors in training.
Dr. Matthew Hecht is a highly respected refractive surgeon specializing in the latest vision correction techniques. Dr. Hecht received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota, where he was awarded several honors and scholarships, including the Minnesota Medical Foundation Scholarship. Dr. Hecht completed an internship in Honolulu at the University of Hawaii and completed the residency program in ophthalmology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
After receiving additional training at the University of Southern California, Dr. Hecht was certified to perform procedures with the VISX laser. Dr. Mintchell was an Associate Optometrist in Melbourne, Florida for over 8 years where she specialized in medical Optometry, surgical co-management and pediatrics. Dr. Ricketts attended The University of Wisconsin and pursued a major in chemistry. He also attended Vandercook College of Music for a year. While attending the Illinois College of Optometry Dr. Ricketts completed many internships: Primary Care, Ocular Emergencies, Vision Therapy and Low Vision at the Illinois Eye Institute. He has State Board Certifications in Illinois and Ohio; and is Therapeutically Licensed by the National Board of Optometry for the treatment of Ocular Diseases.
