Noe Guillen Valles

Pedro grew up in the small West Texas border town of Presidio, TX. He is the son of Mexican immigrants and grew up speaking Spanish as his primary language. Pedro graduated Valedictorian of Presidio High School’s Class of 2009. He went on to The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Pedro spent his summers during college working in oil refineries and in the oil field to help pay for school. Upon graduating from the University of Texas, Pedro worked for General Motors in their Customer Experience Division. It was there where he gained invaluable experience on the importance of client relationships. Pedro later attended Texas Tech School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude or “with highest honor.” He was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review, the Hispanic Law Students Association, and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. Upon graduating, Pedro was elected to the Order of the Coif. Pedro joined Glasheen, Valles & Inderman as a trial lawyer after having clerked for the firm since May of 2015. During his time as a clerk, Pedro took the lead on briefing and helping on several high-profile jury trials.

Noe Guillen Valles

Laney Crocker was licensed in November 2015. She began clerking with the firm in May 2014. Laney attended University of California, Berkeley, graduating in May 2012, and attended Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating in May 2015. In April 2016, Laney also became licensed in New Mexico. In law school, she was a member of Board of Barristers, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and was the Chief Ambassador of the Dean’s Student Ambassador Corps. She also participated in several competitions, taking home the National Championship in both the American Bar Association Arbitration Competition and the National Pre-Trial Competition.

Jason has been practicing law with Glasheen, Valles & Inderman since 2003 when he graduated from Baylor University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Baylor University in 2000. Jason is a personal injury attorney and wrongful death litigator for the firm.   He has successfully handled a variety of cases including, auto/truck wreck cases, gas plant explosions, oilfield accidents and agricultural accidents, and various on-the-job injury cases. He also handles cases all over the state of Texas, as well as venues from Santa Fe, New Mexico to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jason is experienced in litigating all types of claims, from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic brain injuries and accidents resulting in quadriplegia.   A rare honor, Jason was selected to the Texas Rising Star list as an up-and-coming injury attorney in Texas each year since 2012. Only 2.5% of attorneys in the state under 40 years old are named to the list. Jason is also an AV-preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating demonstrates that an attorney has earned the highest rating available for their legal ability and professional ethics   He is licensed to practice in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Jason has spoken at continuing legal education seminars on issues dealing with personal injury cases and he was nominated as an outstanding young attorney in 2006-2007 by the Lubbock County Bar Association.

Noe Guillen Valles

Noe is a partner at Glasheen, Valles & Inderman. He has practiced law in Lubbock since 1994. He graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law and Wayland Baptist University, receiving undergraduate degrees with dual majors in both Spanish and History. Before attending law school, he taught school in Plainview, Texas.   Noe was born in a small town outside Juarez, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States with his family as migrant farm workers. He grew up in Plainview, Texas. His family believed in education and all four of the Valles children have now become naturalized citizens and all have graduated from university. Noe has focused his practice on personal injury cases and handles the automobile accident practice for our Lubbock office. He also serves the community having been on the Board of Managers of the University Medical Center County Hospital in Lubbock for 7 years, and having been elected Chairman of the Board of Managers in 2007.   Noe and his wife Irma have been married for more than 20 years and have 2 children and one grandchild.   Noe is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Texas and New Mexico. He is also licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northern Districtand Eastern District of Texas.
