Douglas concentrates his commercial litigation practice in matters involving business disputes. In this regard, he is experienced in litigating breach of contract matters, commercial collection matters, and equipment damage matters in court. He also has extensive experience in handling mediations, arbitrations, and post judgment executions, including initiating garnishments and overcoming exemptions. Throughout his career, Douglas has conducted numerous mediations and arbitrations that resulted in favorable outcomes for clients. He has also conducted non-jury trials on behalf of clients in which favorable decisions were obtained therefore. Additionally, he has recovered money through post judgment execution efforts such as garnishments and supplemental proceedings, overcoming the numerous statutory exemptions in the state of Florida.
