The Director of North America Ecommerce is responsible for oversight of the organizations online Direct to Consumer business and will be responsible for strategy development, planning, and execution to deliver incremental and accelerated revenue growth. Manage and mentor direct reports (digital marketing, customer service, creative) ensuring career development and growth. Responsible for P&L including net sales, gross profit, operating expense and operating contribution. Oversee dedicated site(s) with direct oversight of Customer Experience, Content, performance and functionality, product assortment, merchandising. Develop and implement media strategy working with media agencies to drive consumer awareness and engagement (Digital Media, SEO, SEM, Social, Affiliate.) Oversee e-Mail strategy, Optimize CRM utilization and email marketing performance. Develop annual plan that prioritizes key creative, marketing, and merchandising initiatives for internal and external projects. Produce, analyze and present analytical data in all areas including website, emails and media social KPIs, with actionable plan on propelling the business forward. Direct and manage US external agencies. Maintain quarterly promotions schedule & collaborate with operations to ensure adequate inventory levels & logistical staffing levels. Collaborate with Marketing & Wholesale to ensure optimal timing & impact of promotions.   Requirements: 4+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital commerce operations, digital marketing. 2+ years of team management across digital marketing, creative and customer service teams. Analytical & data driven, financial acumen to lead the business P&L. Demonstrates success in driving strategy through to successful and scalable execution. In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Social Media Advertising, Affiliate Programs and email marketing tools. Strong digital commerce leadership with the ability build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Deep understanding of the digital business with a mix of CRM, media, creative, technical and sales knowledge. Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams. Proactive self-starter. Ability to work independently and with other team members. Strong work ethics and get-it-done attitude in meeting goals & deadlines. Ability to wear multiple hats and prioritize based on short- and long-term business needs. Very strong written and oral communication skills and ability to adapt and communicate with Global teams and agencies. Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and solid follow-up. Strong financial and negotiation skills. Strong project management and process development skills. Executive presence with an ability to influence at the highest levels. Content marketing experience a plus. Retail Experience preferred Must have Magento experience. Positive attitude and desire to be part of a successful team.
