Sales Specialist - Cybertech Global Events Cybertech, a leading media and conference management company in the field of cyber, innovation and security is looking for a full-time Sales Specialist. Position located in NYC. We’re seeking a qualified sales specialist to help us sell event sponsorships for upcoming Global Cybertech Events, with an emphasis on the U.S. market. Our ideal salesperson has a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Candidate must be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and must be able to work independently. Duties include: Develops maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services. Builds and maintains quality relations with existing assigned accounts, and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis. Contacts customers via telephone, correspondence or in person as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company. Reevaluates work on an ongoing basis to increase market share. Assesses quality of offerings and develops opinion reports on strategies to increase the company's market share. Creates customized proposals to meet specific customer requirements in an efficient manner. Stays abreast of market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies through available resources. Utilizes company leads to expand current customer base and follows up all leads promptly. Maintains updated, organized files on all accounts in assigned territory. Completes and submits sales reports each week on account activity, outstanding proposals, proposals secured and proposals lost with complete documentation. Position reports to Director of Global Cybertech Events based in the U.S. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Employment will be until August 1st 2019, and will be up for extension after this period based on an evaluation of the candidate.
