A plaintiff's law firm is measured by many things including, the experience of the attorneys, the size of the awards, and the percentage of cases won, settled or dismissed. But these are just numbers and they will never be a substitute for the most important thing of all: the values of the people you are working with. At the Law Offices of Arthur S. Charchian expect Honesty, Accountability and Accessability: "The grandest homage that we can pay to truth is to use it." - Ralph Waldo Emerson    We will tell it how it is!       "In any organization, personal responsibility and accountabilitybegin at the top." - Nathaniel Branden    You depend on us! We are here for you!       "Good communication is the key to success." - Dr. Bill Lampton    Your calls will be answered, your messages returned, and clients will be kept up to date on their cases!     These are my promises to you.      Arthur S. Why did I become a lawyer? I chose law with the intent to bring justice to a broken world, to vindicate the rights of the weak, vulnerable and oppressed, and to confirm that justice is blind, ensuring equality to all people.  To me, the law is a calling because I approach it as a way of serving others. I'm proud to be a veteran trial lawyer with offices in Little Rock and Texarkana.  I am licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Lousiana, and Texas.
