(Brief Practice Biographical Sketch)

He began his practice of law in 1989 with the large Phoenix law firm of Gallagher and Kennedy PA. At our firm a primary goal is to extend a personable and approachable office environment to our clients. We know our clients are generally experiencing substantial stress. Amid the legal issues in every case, we are sensitive to the emotional side of your legal experience. We know that success in a case is not entirely determined by the sounding of the gaval at the end of the case. As your attorney, we will balance all elements of your case and work toward a resolution that is fair and just for you.
Our practice philosophy is simple: "Do one thing and do it very well." We have limited our practice to divorce and family law issues for many years. We believe that marriage and family are sacred. However, we recognize that life is not always fair, people are not perfect, and some marriages dissolve. When divorce is imminent, we help. We guide our clients through the quagmire of legal and procedural issues that is the Family Law arena. We also assist our clients in understanding the present and long-term effects of their decisions. We vigorously protect and assert the rights of our clients, while minimizing and preserving appropriate relationships, where possible.
We enjoy serving the needs of families in Maricopa County, particularly the Northwest Valley. If you feel comfortable with our practice philosophy, we look forward to meeting and representing you in your divorce, paternity or other family law case.

Sophie Charlotte Bidet
272 Sierra Manor Rd Suite D, Mammoth Lakes
Prior to founding Law Offices of Sophie C. Bidet, I practiced family law at a preeminent firm in Los Angeles, Trope and Trope.
In 2013, I moved to the Eastern Sierra and founded my law practice. I am an independently contracted public defender for Inyo County and have represented thousands of individuals facing criminal charges.
I am also often appointed as minor's counsel in family law child custody and visitation matters.
If you are in need of a criminal defense attorney, I offer zealous, empathetic and honest representation.
My practice is also devoted to family law mediation and family law consulting. Throughout my 11 year career, I have come to realize that there is an alternative to litigious and costly court hearings. I offer mediation services to help parties cut through the emotional aspect of divorce proceedings and assist parties to reach a mutually agreeable disposition.
I also offer family law consulting services for parties who wish to obtain legal guidance but do not want to incur attorneys' fees in connection with having an attorney of record. The consulting service includes legal guidance, strategy discussions and review/assistance of documents.
I'm a 22-year lawyer, practicing in the areas of complex family law and civil litigation. Most of my cases are high-conflict. I am acutely aware that my job is not to make my clients' relationship with their (soon-to-be) ex worse. Years after you forget my name, you'll have to deal with the person with whom you're fighting now. I am a results-driven, solution-oriented lawyer. My job is to work myself out of a job. Each of my clients has my cell phone number. I am never, ever, out-of-touch. In addition to my practice, I'm an adjunct professor, teaching family law at Arizona Summit Law School.
I'm 47, originally from New York City, but lost the accent years ago. I'm married with two teenaged boys. In my spare time, I write fiction, articles, and collect pinball machines.
Tyler Elliot Hollingsworth
605 Market St, San Francisco
I am a San Francisco resident since 1996 and a 2003 graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law. After law school, I worked representing corporate clients in litigation and IP matters. I opened my solo practice in 2006 and have been representing clients in Bankruptcies, Mortgage and Real Estate issues, Family law cases and Consumers Rights cases.
I have years of experience helping clients with consumer debt issues and I can help you deal with your creditors.
Three principles guide my practice. First, listen carefully to clients, and help them express what's really going on in their lives. Second, find the least conflict-oriented path to a resolution. Finally, pull out all the stops in pursuing that path. Leave no stone unturned in developing a case.
I practiced business law for two years before moving to family law in 1990. Since then, I have represented state agencies, foster children, juvenile delinquents, parents, foster parents, adoptive parents, and adoption agencies. I have worked in every aspect of family law, family mediation, and collaborative law. I have worked with Native Alaskan tribal courts and State Superior Courts all over Alaska.
I have spent as much time in a courtroom as anyone in the state, but I only litigate when there is no good alternative. That would be the case where the other party is dishonest, or where children are at risk of imminent harm. Otherwise, there are great alternatives such as mediation and collaborative law. Collaborative law gives all the support you expect from a traditional attorney-client relationship, but adds open communication within a multidisciplinary team all focused on settlement. You may be surprised what can be accomplished without going to court. Either way, my office can help you decide what you want, and achieve it.

Kenneth Royer has an office in Phoenix, AZ and handles cases in Family, Construction & Development, Litigation. This attorney has been licensed for 21 years and attended University of Iowa College of Law.
Married 24 years. I have one daughter who is a Senior at Yale University. My son passed away from Tuberous Sclerosis in 1997.
I don't believe you can understand custody law until you have kids. Until then you cannot know what kids mean to parents.
I was born in a cabin in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. I am a fifth-generation Coloradoan, coming from a background in community, family, environmentalism, business and academia. I have studied and worked from Colorado to Vermont, Paris to Alaska, earning my law degree from Seattle Law School and Masters in Science and Law from Vermont Law School.
I have spent most of my life in Colorado and Alaska, practicing law, engaging community, helping people build better lives. My fundamental philosophy is that life can get better, sometimes it takes deep work, but the journey will be better made when taken with innovative perspective, strength, integrity and diligence. To that end, I work closely with clients to understand the context of their lives in order to help them arrive at their destination with as much resilience as possible.
Divorce and custody are difficult journeys and the participants can easily get mired in a dark place without competent and steady guidance to keep them focused on the goal. And that goal is a better life, a different life from what they have lived, but a better one. When you approach difficulties with a firm understanding of your goals, you can get through the hard times by knowing where you want to be and knowing that you are on your way. I will act as the steady hand that will help get you there.
I have many years of experience in family law and have represented a diverse group of clients in Colorado and Alaska, including many acrimonious cases that I was able to help bring to a livable result. I have also been instrumental in guiding potentially divisive cases towards collaborative outcomes that reduced the long lasting damage of a difficult trial, although I do have extensive trial experience.
I am dedicated to helping build a healthy, equitable, diverse and happy future for all of us. Wilderness and community engagement feed my soul.
Noelle Joann Lamprecht

I am a family law attorney practicing in the greater Sacramento area including Sacramento, Placer and Yolo Counties. I am a tenacious advocate and a compassionate legal advisor and I have had experience at small boutique firms as well as large national offices.
I have extensive experience in criminal and civil law and I utilize the skills I have gained to provide excellent service to my clients.
Justice is not blind if you fight for your rights and I will be there with you every step of the way.
I fight for all of my clients as if they were family, and I am proud to say that other lawyers from all over San Diego County have hired me for themselves and for their family members.
One of the things that I believe sets our firm apart is that we go through a cost/benefit analysis of each case, and even major case turning point decisions - with the client, and involve the client in that key strategic bird's-eye analysis. We feel some attorneys can lose that "big picture" perspective, and while they pursue a set of theoretical ethical standards, their clients are ultimately harmed by their cognitive inflexibility.
Another aspect of our firm that we strive to keep is our small firm/fast paced culture. Our team is close-knit - a family if you will. We know each other's families and we push one another to achieve top honors in every aspect of our lives. Inside the firm we put 100% into staying current with legal issues, determining our clients' objectives and achieveing them, and developing a personal connection with our clients as we are trusted with their children, their savings, sometimes even their freedom. Outside the firm we pursue martial arts, surfing, and hot yoga among other activities. Our lives are balanced and our work product is premium.
While I could wax proflific about our firm's character for pages, I will spare you the diatribe and invite you to...come check us out! We look forward to meeting you.

I have a background of practicing in the area of general civil litigation, including personal injury, breach of contract and wrongful termination. After my first five years of practice, I started devoting more time to family law cases. My practice is now primarily in the areas of family law and mediation. My family law practice encompasses divorce, annulment, adoption, child custody, child support, domestic violence and guardianship. I have also begun devoting more time to mediation, which is a great alternative to litigation, especially in the family law area.
During my 27 year membership in the California State Bar, I have also taught overview courses on the law, acted as legal counsel for a non-profit organization and become a mediator for the 3rd District Appellate Court in Sacramento, California.
I have a very broad-based background with many interests which I find beneficial to my practice. I enjoy problem-solving and work hard for my clients.

My name is Patrick Lacroix. I represent parents, grandparents, children, and adoption agencies in adoption, dependency, severance, and guardianship matters. In addition to English, I speak Spanish and French.
I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. The Academy is an organization of nearly 500 highly vetted attorneys dedicated to the competent and ethical practice of adoption law. Membership to the Academy is offered only after meeting their extensive experience criteria and rigorous screening process.
I earned my B.A. degree from Georgetown University and my J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law.
After graduating from law school, I worked for a judge who taught me to always remain focused on the children and the families we serve. I have taken her philosophy into my legal practice and have represented hundreds of children, parents, relatives, and others who seek to care for and protect children through adoption, dependency, probate, and family law matters.
Early in my career, I had the honor of spending five years at a law firm that encouraged the ethical and scholarly practice of family law. The attorneys at that firm instilled in me the belief that I have a responsibility to ensure the families I serve, and the community as a whole, benefit from my counsel. As a scholar of the law, I lecture both locally and nationally on the subject of adoption law and contested adoptions.
I was named one of the top 50 pro bono attorneys in Arizona in 2015 for volunteering to assist 218 clients in family law matters. I am also proud to be a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the local Bar Associations, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. I have served as a trustee on several non-profit boards in the field of child welfare. It is my sincere hope that through my life's work, I will contribute to making Arizona a better place for our children and families.
Jennifer Johnston Applegate
700 College Ave, Santa Rosa
Jennifer Applegate has been practicing family law in Sonoma County since 2008. After spending several years as a partner in a small firm, she now runs a solo practice out of a charming downtown office. Jennifer has a reputation as being a lawyer who's good at settling cases, and someone you don't want to go up against in court. She's committed to reaching a fair and equable settlement with a minimum of litigation, but when it's required, she goes to the mat for her clients! Jennifer understands the most effective way to present facts and arguments in court, and has a good reputation with my judges, commissioners, and colleagues. Most of all, she levels with her clients, telling them what to expect and which issues aren't worth fighting over -- so you get good value for money, and you don't make litigation even more contentious.
Consultations are offered at a reduced rate.

Elsa has a real passion for family conflict resolution, ensuring that any opportunity to fairly and amicably settle divorce proceedings has been explored before contemplating litigation, leveraging the benefits of prompt and fair settlement so that the parties can move on with their life and co-parent amicably. She has handled many divorces involving interstate and international issues.
