Serves : 1
2 2/3 oz ( 80 g) penne
1 2/3 oz ( 50 g) gorgonzola cheese
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp fresh garlic minced
I tso olive oil
1tsp fresh parsley minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Sept one :
In a saucepan, heat olive oil
Add minced garlic for 30 seconds
Add heavy cream and gorgonzola cheese over low heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens for richer flavor.
Cook penne slightly harder than usual ( 7 minutes) and add to pan.
When sauce is thick enough to coat penne, add minced parsley, salt & pepper.
Stir well so penne is coated evenly.
Stir the sauce constantly over low heat as it scorches easily.
