Stacy has lived in Sheridan, Wyoming since she was 6 years old. She received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Criminal Justice and Political Science in 2011 from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Stacy earned her Juris Doctorate degree in December of 2014 from the University of Wyoming College of Law. Stacy is licensed to practice law in the State of Wyoming and the State of Montana.
Stacy primarily focuses her practice in representing clients with domestic relations issues, including: divorce, establishment of paternity, establishment of custody and visitation, child support, custody modifications, adoption, termination of parental rights, and guardianships. However, Stacy also represents clients facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges. In addition, Stacy represents clients in civil and criminal appeals before the Wyoming Supreme Court. Furthermore, Stacy assists clients in obtaining United States visas, along with those applying for citizenship, asylum, and other immigration matters.
Stacy is a past Vice President of the Sheridan County Bar Association, serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Legal Aid of Wyoming, Inc., and was previously a contract public defender with the Office of the State Public Defender for the State of Wyoming. Stacy has also served as a guest faculty member for the University of Wyoming College of Law's Trial Practice Program.
