Quentin Ballot-Lena earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in Virginia known for its focus on law and economics. After law school, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County. During his time as an Assistant State Attorney, Quentin Ballot-Lena prosecuted hundreds of cases as lead counsel. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, he joined the Law Offices of Robert H. Trachman, where he has focused almost exclusively on family law matters. As a family law attorney, Quentin Ballot-Lena has worked on numerous divorces, relocations, modifications, paternity cases, and is a trained Chapter 61 guardian ad litem
Quentin Ballot-Lena is an active and involved member of the community as he is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section, a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section Domestic Violence and Alternate Dispute Resolution Committees, the Broward Bar Association Family Law Section, the National Association of Divorce Professionals, the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida, a member of the Fort Lauderdale Rotary Club, a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
