Jennifer Polovetsky has been in private practice since 2003. In 2010, Jennifer Polovetsky founded the "Law Offices of Jennifer Polovetsky, Esq., PLLC," a boutique eminent domain and real estate law firm located in New York City's Commerce Building on Third Avenue. In 2012, the firm name was changed to Sanchez & Polovetsky, PLLC after Philip A. Sanchez, Esq., (who was formerly a partner at Goldstein, Rikon & Rikon, P.C.) became a Member of the firm.
