Practicing at Happy Family Care and Clinic, Ms. Christiane Happi serves the community of Lanham, MD. Ms. Happi is a trusted nurse practitioner, who completed her master’s degree in adult gerontology nursing at the University of Maryland. She manages a wide array of patient concerns such as Opioid Addiction Treatment (Suboxone/Subutex), environmental & food allergy testing, in house Echocardiography, annual Pap Smear & birth-control, weightloss program, STD, HIV & PreP(HIV), Medical Cannabis Certification(with supported documents only), and all acute and chronic primary care needs. All Blood work and Urinalysis are drawn onsite.
Ms. Happi is affiliated with Doctors Community Hospital and Prince George's Hospital Center where she is part of the Infectious Disease and Gastroenterology Teams. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Geriatrics Society, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is fluent in English and French. Her awareness of these different languages makes her accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
