Belgian Cooking Workshop
Take your tastebuds to Belgium!
A program of our Mois de La Francophonie, this cooking workshop will transport you to Belgium and experience some of its tastiest culinary recipes. Home of the moules frites, gaufres, bières, and plats en sauce, Belgium has nothing to prove to its French neighbor!
A fun evening where you will discover new flavors, vocab, and cooking tips.
This event will begin in the Center's charming kitchen with the cooking workshop led en français. Then, you will retreat to the Ballroom and eat your dinner with your fellow cooks for the night.
Attendees will elect to prepare the entrée, the plat de résistance, or the dessert.
Each course will be paired with beers and wines
