Hope House Foundation is hiring a Fiscal Coordinator that will be located at our administrative office on Boush Street in Norfolk. The Fiscal Coordinator will be a part of the Accounting Team that supports 300 employees at 16 different locations in South Hampton Roads.
We are currently looking for an experienced payroll person to assist with the preparation of biweekly payrolls. Responsibilities include payroll, tax compliance, compensation, and benefits taxation. Specific responsibilities include inputting the accurate and timely data of all payroll-related information; retirement plan contributions; preparing and reconciling quarterly and year-end payroll tax reports, including W-2's, and implementing garnishments.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
