Monday-Friday

Family Home Child Care Facility in La Mesa is looking for a Child Care Assistant.

Responsibilities:

-Help with daily activities and observe children to ensure a healthy and safe environment

-Routine cleaning activities, such as carpet vacuuming, cleaning tables, disinfecting toys and supplies, and organizing day care rooms

-Help prepare lunch and snacks

-Change diapers and assist in toilet training (mostly potty trained already)

Qualifications:

-LOVE working with children (aged 18 months to 5 yrs. old)

-Be patient

-Have a cheerful disposition

-Be able to direct group time, read stories and help with art activities

-Be 18 years of age or older

Preferably...

-CPR and First-Aid certified

-Negative TB test within last year

-Fingerprinted
