She has to enroll in a fast track learning of basic English. This is a no fail and a requirement. You must be able to answer at least 6 Constitution questions of the 10 they ask you. You will be asked some one to three grammar questions which you choose in multiple choice series the supposedly correct answer. They must determine if you can understand the basic English. You must start teaching your loved one basic English. Be speaking english to that loved one so they can learn just a little basic.

No, you are wrong. This has been a requirement ever since. You have your own choice to make. If you want to be part of it, learn about it and know it's basic custom ie. language and history.
